1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or a wrong item is delivered.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • With original tags, labels, and packaging intact

    • Reported for return/exchange within [X] days of delivery (e.g., 3–7 days).


2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Customized, tailored, or altered products

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Accessories or items marked as “Non-Returnable”


3. Return Process

  • To request a return or exchange, contact us at support@myethnic.org with your order details, product images, and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will be guided on how to ship the product back.

  • Shipping charges for returns may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes our quality check.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


5. Exchange Policy

  • If you request an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned product.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Once the product is processed/shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
