Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or a wrong item is delivered.
The product must be:
Unused and unworn
With original tags, labels, and packaging intact
Reported for return/exchange within [X] days of delivery (e.g., 3–7 days).
Customized, tailored, or altered products
Products purchased during clearance or final sale
Accessories or items marked as “Non-Returnable”
To request a return or exchange, contact us at support@myethnic.org with your order details, product images, and reason for return.
Once approved, you will be guided on how to ship the product back.
Shipping charges for returns may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes our quality check.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
If you request an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned product.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once the product is processed/shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
